Description: White marble panelled block (w: 1.11 × h: 0.86 × d: 0.40) with a moulded tabella ansata (die, w: 0.85 × h: 0.65), whose handles must have been completed on adjacent blocks. The upper left corner is broken away, and the bottom moulding is chipped along the edge; there are deep grooves, probably natural, on the face in the area of lines 12 and 13, which the letter-cutter had to avoid.

Text: Inscribed on one face within the tabella.

Letters: 0.03. diairetic dots in lines 2, ΤΟΙΣ · ΤΑ · ΑΝΑ, 6: ·Α·ΡΙΣΤΟΚΛΗΣ, 7, accompanied by small superscript bars on ΚΑ·Ι·ΚΟΣ, both occurrences. Dot for stop in line 8; erasure in line 1.
