Description: Marble sarcophagus lid
(w: 2.16 × h: 0.49 × d: 1.03). with akroteria and two bosses;
the front roof has six sets of pan- and cover tiles, two of which end in the corner akroteria, the others in uncarved elements
at the edge of the roof;
both ends have a recessed tympanon, the right with an uncarved disc, the left with a phiale motif.
Text: Inscribed on the front of the lid; the text must have continued on the body of the
sarcophagus.

to place another person in it or to remove any of the aforementioned persons, because he shall be impious and accursed . .
