Description: White marble building block (w: 0.47 × h: 0.34 × d: 0.34) without moulding, but with a recessed edge on all sides.

Text: The inscription is cut on the face, some way down the stone, and runs into the frame on both sides.

Translation

The council and the people honoured Mithradates son of Athenagoras, a fine and good man, and adorned with all virtue.

Commentary

This text was one of a group cut on the family tomb whose elements were incorporated into the walls at the south east gate of the city: 12.410, 13.302, 12.409 and probably 12.411,
