Description: White marble panel, broken below (w: 0.21 × h: 0.44 × d: 0.03).

Text: Inscribed on the face.

Letters: Poor and unevenly aligned, av. 0.02; from line 7 the lightly scratched draft which the cutter often failed to follow at all exactly can be seen at many points, enabling us to correct some errors. Cursive forms. In lines 2 and 4 the crossbar of epsilon is omitted. ΚΕ in line 12.

Date: Fifth/sixth century or later. (content, lettering)
