Translation

Zenon, son of Zenon son of Hermias, who won the boys' running-race in the contest celebrated for the ninth four-year occurrence of the Aphrodeisiea Philemoniea; the contest-presidents were the neopoioi led by Tiberius Claudius Apollonios Beroneikianos Akasson. Tychicos son of Philetos son of Apollonios undertook the erection of the statue, out of the prize-money.
