Commentary
This is one of a group of dedications for neighbouring communities: see 12.924, 12.926, 12.927, 12.928, 12.929 and 12.930. It is not quite certain that this text is not simply a bad copy of one of those; but Fellows claimed that the text, from line 5, had been 'purposely erased', in which case this copy does represent another text.
