Description: White marble sarcophagus with moulding above and below (w: 2.03 × h: 0.74 × d: 0.76) and side pilasters. Fluted façade, with tabella ansata; there are gorgonaia on the two ends.

Text: Inscribed on the upper moulding of the tabella (line 1), on the panel (lines 2-14) on the lower moulding of the tabella (line 15) and on the lower moulding of the façade (line 16). The final letters of lines 8, 10 and 11 are cut on the moulding.

[ . . . will be buried?] the aforementioned and Aelia Antonia Neike and Tatia, her daughter. No-one else shall have the right to bury anyone or exhume any of the aforementioned, since he is to be (considered) sacrilegious and accursed and a tomb breaker and shall pay to the most sacred Treasury 2,500 silver (denarii), one-third of which shall go to the prosecutor. In the burial niches below the sarcophagus, Aurelius Theseus, the son of Hermos, and Aurelia Charidemis, the mother of Theseus, shall have the right of burial. A copy of the inscription is deposited in the civic archive in the stephanephorate of Hypsikles ΙΙΙ (i.e. son of Hypsikles son of Hypsikles) son of Menandros, in the tenth month.

Ceux qui ont droit aux caveaux placés sous le sarcophage sont: Aurélius Thésée, fils d'Ermérotus, et Auréliana Hédémis, la mère de Thésée.
