Letters: 0.095; lunate Ε and Ϲ, line 1, but square omega, line 3; scroll for abbreviation.

Date: ?527-565 (lettering, reign); ?361-363 (lettering, reign)

Findspot: Aphrodisias: Place of Palms/South Agora, Agora Gate/Propylon: II.83. IV.C at c. 3.00.

Original location: Unknown.

Last recorded location: Museum.
