Text: Inscribed on the tabella (0.195 × 0.345) from which a previous inscription has been erased. Line 1 on the upper moulding, lines 2 ff. inscribed within the panel; lines 3-6, 9-12 impinge on the right moulding. Very worn.
Letters: Irregular and poorly formed, 0.01-0.015; cursive alpha, omega and mu used sporadically, square sigma.
Date: Late third/early fourth century (titulature)
Findspot: Aphrodisias: Stray find.
