13.318. Fragmentary epitaph

Description: Three fragments of a marble columnar sarcophagus with unfluted columns, male and female figures, and bottom moulding consisting of a fascia over a roughly worked torus. The inscribed fragment belongs to the bottom corner of the chest preserving the entire left short side and a small part of the front. On the front, base of the corner column, one foot and lower drapery of a female figure wearing chiton and himation. The short side preserves the three column bases with the lower drapery and feet of two female figures between them. w: 0.53 × h: 0.35 × d: 0.84.
