a.1: The letter is uncertain but if accepted suggests the formula ἀγαθῇ τύχῃ
a.2: One would expect the formula ἡ βουλὴ καὶ ὁ δῆμος but if line 1 was as suggested, it is improbable that the apparently inset title was followed in the same line by ἡ βουλὴ.
