Description: Five fragments, which do not join, from a sarcophagus front. a. Left side fragment (w: 0.58 × h: 1.11 × d: 1.28) with lower edge surviving; b. fragment from ?right side, without top or bottom edges (w: 0.40 × h: 0.64 × d: 0.18); c. fragment without edges (w: 0.22 × h: 0.17 × d: 0.21); d. fragment without edges (w: 0.23 × h: 0.18 × d: 0.19); e. fragment broken on all sides (w: 0.28 × h: 0.15 × d: 0.13) with traces of cement on the face from re-use.

Text: Inscribed on the face and within several of the wreaths, which are 0.18 in diameter. a: lines 2-5, 8-10, 14-16 within wreaths; b: lines 3-6, 10 ff. within wreaths; c: within a wreath; d: inscribed above a wreath, the upper edge of which survives, chipped; e: within a wreath.

Letters: Standard second-third-century forms, 0.015-0.02.
