(a): . . . from the concession of the place made to him by [ . . ? . . ] and his associates [ . . . and recorded ]in the Property Archive; in which sarcophagus there has been buried Diomedes [ . . ? . . -]tes and Dionysia his wife, and in the (scil. subsidiary) burial places [ . . ? . . it will not be allowable to bury anyone . . . ] neither anyone of their family nor their heirs. [Nor shall anyone else have the right to bury] another body in the sarcophagus nor to be buried themselves, [ . . ? . . ] those aforementioned nor to make a concession to anyone nor [ . . ? . . ] or to move the sarcophagus, since whoever either dares any of these things [or . . shall be liable to pay to the] sacred treasury (i.e. at Rome) five thousand silver denarii [of which a third part] is to belong [to the prosecutor]. A copy of this inscription was deposited [in the Property Archive in the year when] Domitia Apphia, daughter of Hierax, was stephanephoros.

(b): . . . . ? of the memorial are the property of Marcus Aurelius Nikephoros, third of the name after [Nikephoros . . ? . . and] of Marcus Aurelius Diomedes son of Primus the son of Nik[ephoros . . ? . . ] in which [(scil. subsidiary) burial places] he will himself be buried and his father, [ . . ? . . ] but no-one [else] shall have the right to bury anyone in them since [whoever does so shall pay . . ? . . to the ?imperial treasury]. A copy of this was deposited also in the Property Archive, [? along with the concession] when the stephanephoros was Demetrios son of Pyrrhos [? in the month ?] I also wish [ . . ? . . ] there to be buried in the (scil. subsidiary) burial places [ . . ? . .
