Translation
i: [ - - ] Andreas, son of Androneikianos, who won the boys' running-race in the contest celebrated for the third four-year occurrence of the Aphrodeisiea Philemoniea.
ii: Only the name Philippos can be made out; it seems likely that l.6 includes a reference to the name Molossos, or a derivative.
