Text: Inscribed on the face, within a panel (w: 0.25 × h: 0.13)

Letters: 0.008 (line 5) -0.017 (lines 1-4); square sigma.

Date: First to second centuries CE (lettering, phonetics, nomenclature)

Findspot: Aphrodisias: City, Village: 'reversed in a wall of a Turk's house at ye east end of ye town' (Sherard),' In muro apud Turcam domum in orientali pagi parte' (Picenin)i.
