Letters: 0.12; shallow, flat trenches and block seriphs, similar to 1.202.

Date: Fifth century. (lettering, content)

Findspot: Aphrodisias: Temple/Church, North Temenos Building.

Original location: Unknown.

Last recorded location: Museum (1966).
