English translation

This monument and the niches in it and the platform which is behind the monument belong to Poseidonios, son of Poseidonios [—] and Apphia, daughter of Herakleon, his wife, and to their children and their descendants and [their wives]. No one will have the authority to bury someone in the sarcophagus, which Poseidonios will place (on the platform), any other person than the aforementioned Poseidonios and Apphia alone, because the person who acts against this will be impious and accursed and a grave-robber, and in addition to this he will have to pay to the most sacred treasury . . .
