Text: Inscribed on one face; surface is chipped and worn at right.

Letters: Αve. 0.01; simple, lunate Ε, Ϲ; guidelines.

Date: First to fourth centuries CE (formulae, lettering)

Findspot: Aphrodisias: N. Acropolis, in topsoil
