Text: Inscribed on the face, in two lines.

Letters: 0.12 with broad flat trenches, very generously spaced.

Commentary

To judge by the lettering, the reference may be to the emperor Hadrian. The verb in b might describe a function of a responsible official/donor, such as [ἀρχιερα]τευοντ[---]
