Description: Fragment from the upper edge of a marble plaque, with upper moulding and back surviving, broken on all other sides; w: 0.305 × h: 0.21 × d: 0.11-0.175. The upper surface is decorated with interlacing circles, presumably in re-use in the Church.

Text: Inscribed on the upper moulding (line 1) and the face.
