Description: The upper part of a white marble plaque (w: 0.90 × h: 0.30 × d: 0.14) with flat moulding on all sides, and upper left corner broken away.

Text: Inscribed in one line on the upper moulding.

Letters: 0.04-0.055.

Date: Fourth century or later (lettering, cross).

Findspot: Aphrodisias: Temple/Church: sector XIII, at Byzantine floor level.

Original location: Unknown.

Last recorded location: Findspot.

Interpretive

[((Cross)) Ἀ]σκληπιοδότου ((Cross)).
